All items are Made To Order unless listed as RTS (Ready To Ship)

Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for production of Hot Air Balloons, and 2-3 weeks for knit props unless otherwise stated.  Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Custom Orders.  Custom orders will incur a surcharge of $5 to $20 depending on the extra time and material involved.

Returns.  If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me directly ([email protected]) and I will do whatever I reasonably can to resolve the issue.  The buyer is responsible for return postage and any additional shipping costs.

Damaged goods.  I will either reimburse or replace items damaged in transport.  However, if the complaint is made after 1 week of the item being delivered, I will not compensate for the damaged item.

Product Care.  Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry.  Many of these items are made of quality wool that will shrink when washed in warm or hot water.  Never put your handmade knit goods in the dryer.  Peppy Poppy cannot be held responsible for damages done as a result of not properly caring for these items.

Disclaimer.  Many of these items have components (i.e.. straps, ties) that may pose a hazard to babies that are left unattended.  These items are intended for photography sessions, and not for everyday wear.  Please do not leave children unattended in these items.

Peppy Poppy is not responsible for taxes imposed once the parcel has arrived to it's destination.  It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be aware of, and pay for Import VAT taxes or other such taxes imposed.
